There is a plant called “Touch Me not” that closes up when touched. Small children would find themselves in awe when they encounter this interesting plant. But, there is another “Touch Me Not” that will interest many kids and parents alike. It is not a book, a movie, or a TV serial. But, it is a fun and socially relevant digital game developed by our very own Aarush A Nishad of class V, son of Afsal Nishad, Project Manager, IT and Jashna, System Architect, IT. Looking at the parents’ professional background, being techie runs in the family.
Being on lockdown, Aarush tapped on his creative potentials and tinkered on the idea of creating this game during the lockdown. “Ashey” is the hero in the game who tries to stay away from the attack of Covid-19 and to keep himself safe and sound. The game gets across the apt and pertinent message of social distancing and therefore, staying away from Covid-19.
So, guys and gals, together with Aarush we say, “Touch me not!” Let’s check out the App, shall we?
The app is published on Google Play Store and is available @ https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lightbird.touchmenot
